No. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GrindLab products are not supplied as medicines, dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, or products intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.

Available strengths, quantities, variants, and product information are shown on each individual product page. Please review the complete product listing before placing an order.

No. Our team cannot provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosage guidance, or instructions for human or veterinary use. Support is limited to orders, product listings, delivery, returns, and general customer-service matters.

Category 02

Orders & Payment

Help with placing, changing, and paying for an order.

After checkout, an order-confirmation email should be sent to the email address provided. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox. Contact us with your full name and checkout email address if you still cannot locate the confirmation.

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing, been packed, or been transferred to the carrier.

Payments may be declined because of incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, bank security checks, card restrictions, or payment-provider verification. Confirm your details and contact your bank or payment provider if the issue continues.

Checkout is processed through secure payment infrastructure. GrindLab does not require customers to send full card details by email.

International ordering is available for eligible destinations. Delivery availability is shown during checkout and may depend on the destination, product, carrier service, and applicable legal restrictions.

Shipping & Tracking

Information about dispatch, carriers, and delivery updates.

Eligible United Kingdom orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracked 24 has a next-working-day delivery aim after dispatch, but it is not a guaranteed next-day service.

Eligible orders outside the United Kingdom are normally sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. The parcel may be transferred to a local postal operator in the destination country.

Tracking information is normally sent by email after your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take several hours to activate after the shipping label has been created.

Use the tracking reference included in your dispatch email on the official Royal Mail tracking website. Open Royal Mail tracking

Tracking may update less frequently while a parcel is moving between facilities or countries. Customs processing, weekends, public holidays, weather, and carrier delays may also affect scanning. A temporary lack of updates does not necessarily mean the parcel has been lost.

Check the full tracking history first. If the parcel has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number, delivery postcode, and tracking reference. We may need to allow additional time or open an investigation with the carrier.

International Orders

Customs, fulfilment routes, and destination requirements.

GrindLab operates through three warehouse and fulfilment routes serving the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Germany. The fulfilment location used may depend on the destination, product availability, and operational requirements.

Germany is supported through a dedicated fulfilment route designed around local delivery and customs requirements.

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges, or local carrier fees. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by third parties.

Yes. Customers must confirm before ordering that each product may be lawfully purchased, imported, received, possessed, and used in the destination jurisdiction.

Once the parcel is returned to the appropriate fulfilment location, it will be reviewed. Where legally permitted, original shipping, return shipping, customs, or handling costs may be deducted from any refund.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, damaged orders, and refund processing.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must normally be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.

Email info@grindlabresearch.com before sending anything back. Include your full name, order number, checkout email address, products being returned, and the reason for the request.

No. Do not send returns to the registered address. GrindLab operates three separate warehouse and fulfilment locations. Contact us first so we can provide the correct return address and instructions for your order. Unauthorised parcels sent to the business address may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days after an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds after we issue the refund.

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product, outer parcel, shipping label, and any visible damage or broken seal. Keep all products and packaging until our team confirms they are no longer required.

Customers are generally responsible for tracked return postage for change-of-mind returns. Where a return is required because GrindLab supplied a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, an appropriate return solution will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
