Dispatch
In-stock lots are dispatched on the working day the order is placed where possible. Lyophilized materials are stable for ambient transport and are packed to protect against light and moisture.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued when the order leaves the facility. Transit times depend on destination and carrier.
