Unopened materials
Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety and integrity reasons, opened or reconstituted materials cannot be returned.
Discrepancies
If a lot does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us with the lot number and we will resolve it.
